Oh so you like techno? Good.

Back in June, Stephane provided a vat of dark, gurgling techno for FBi’s The Mixing Bowl, before letting rap take the reins in July. Here at the closure of his Winter Residency though, it’s high-energy, thumping burners from front to back.

It’s an exercise in brain brutalisation, all made possible by the dancefloor weapons of Jimmy Edgar, DJ Dodger Stadium and French Fries. The sole Australian contributor to this chaos is Stephane himself, with a track called ‘Plaques’. The Kanye-sampling stomper is forthcoming on Main Course, and will be released to the public with a muffled bang in a warehouse somewhere, on September 13.
