Slumberjack’s second mix of their summer residency on FBi boasts everything from fat throwbacks to unreleased exclusives (and a super goofy intro).

If you’re reading this from Perth, then you’ll no doubt be familiar with Slumberjack’s brand of high-energy melodic bass music. The west-dwelling production duo are really starting to make a name for themselves by applying off-kilter grooves to the type of stadium-sized synths that usually get sweaty bros fist pumping.

There’s plenty of that good stuff in this mix, some of which has never been heard by any of your thirsty ears (yes ears can be thirsty) so prepare to be super quenched! As well as all those exclusive unreleased Slumberjack tracks, the boys have thrown in some classic Missy Elliott jams to set you off, plus music from Branchez, Cashmere Cat, Jackal, What So Not and moar.

I hear that Slumberjack know how to get things going in front of a crowd too. Their set at Southbound looked particularly rad, so I’m looking forward to seeing them support Goldroom on FBi’s side of the country. They hit Chinese Laundry on March 1st if you’re interested in heading down.
