This Brisbane producer is the type of dude who remixes a Drake track and makes it even more emotional.

With those credentials, it’s pretty hard for cln to go wrong with a sweeping track like ‘Better Than’. The synths and vocal samples are jittery and jarring, but the drums are warm and dense enough to provide the illusion of seamless beauty.

Having also provided some intriguing remixes of Kilter and Disclosure recently, this eighteen year old Queenslander will be yet another interesting producer to watch over the coming year. ‘Better Than’ is the first taste of cln’s forthcoming EP, Sideways, which will be ready for ear consumption on June 11.
