From Wagga Wagga to Nashville, Emma Swift is a Sydney-sider who discovered the novelty value of living and working overseas – and created her self-titled EP from the experience.

The former ‘In The Pines’ host is proving that country isn’t such a dirty word, and joined Stephen Ferris ahead of her Courtyard Session performance at The Seymour Centre. They discussed life in Tennessee, and Swift performs a haunting cover of ‘Brass Buttons’ by Gram “The Father of Cosmic American Music” Parsons.
