Apparently Airwolf is sick of summer.

The Melbourne producer/DJ/photographer/beard-haver has put an end to our sunny months a little earlier than is traditional by importing 40 minutes of the chilliest UK house music he could find. Needless to say, it’s not a bad thing.

There are bouncy, round-edged basslines aplenty here; pumping but kinda deep stuff from British masters Zinc, Shadow Child, TEED and Huxley. That’s all been blended in with Australian tunes inspired by those sounds; Danny T and The Aston Shuffle get a spin, plus an exclusive new track from Airwolf himself.

It’s Airwolf’s final mix of his residency on The Mixing Bowl. There are still two final mixes incoming from Go Freek and Slumberjack before four new residents take over in autumn.
