As part of MusicNSW’s ongoing Women In Electronic Music program for 2016, we’re thrilled to be involved in four new masterclasses:

Following on from the hugely successful industry roundtable and artist showcase events at Vivid Sydney, these masterclasses aim to provide opportunities for women to learn technical and production skills for making electronic music. Taught by some of NSW’s best talent, the masterclasses will touch on software, hardware, recording techniques, how to turn samples into songs, how to perform live, and how to use a variety of technologies to create electronic music.

Applicants are encouraged to bring their own music along for feedback and workshopping with the rest of the group.

The Masterclasses will all take place on August 13 from 1-5pm and be followed by a networking session. Spots are very limited and by application only.
