This weekend, the Powerhouse will be kicking off the Unpopular film program, Uncensored. Six documentaries across three days that pay homage to the key rock bands of 1980s and 1990s. It’s happening this weekend: December 2 – 4 and you can score some tickets to the Sunday sessions at Powerhouse Ultimo on us!

Uncensored complements the new Unpopular exhibition at Powerhouse. Unpopular explores the alternative music scene and the artists that helped define the genre including Sonic Youth, Beastie Boys, Mudhoney, Nirvana, Bikini Kill, Fugazi, Pavement, The Lemonheads and more. We have double passes to the following:
