To coincide with The Japan Foundation, Sydney’s exhibition, Hiroshi Nagai: Paintings for Music, we are giving away a Pacific Breeze Japanese City Pop music package thanks to Light in the Attic. Digging deep into the sounds of bubble-era Japan,  the latest entry in Light In The Attic’s Japan Archival Series brings another set of sought-after tunes, most of which have never before been available outside of Japan.

Featuring Bread & Butter, Eiichi Ohtaki, Eri Ohno, Piper, Tomoko Aran, Anri, Vaporwave and loads more the Pacific Breeze compilation captures the sounds that shaped 1980’s Japan. Plus with Hiroshi Nagai creating the artwork, the compilation visually captures the era perfectly.
