Ears Have Ears Live​​ is a new series of free experimental music performances and conversations, hosted at FBi and broadcast live on 94.5fm during Ears Have Ears.

On Thursday April 28, the second instalment will feature Melbourne’s extraterrestrial drone duo H​alf High​ performing a semi­-improvised experimental soundtrack, made exclusively for Ears Have Ears Live. Originally from Sydney, the formidable collaboration of L​ucy Phelan ​(NOTV, Lucy Cliché, Knitted Abyss) and ​Matthew P. Hopkins (NOTV) c​reates a damaged form of ambience through meditative synth lines, atmospheric tape manipulation and various electronics.

R.I.P Society founder and DIY music enthusiast N​ic Warnock w​ill also lead an in­-depth discussion with Half High, delving into their composition, creative process, and the broader ambient & industrial music scene in this city.
