Unsigned Artist Of The Week :: Service Bells

How do you feel about dirty guitars and heavy drums?
Strongly? Good, because Unsigned Artist of the Week, Service Bells, is chockers with that kind of business.
The four boys who make up Service Bells are Fraser Harvey, Mike Morgan, Ben Morgan and Bill Johnston. They bring together some crazy experience from their time in other bands (Cameras, Sleepercar, Nantes and Ernest Ellis) and, most importantly, a thirst for trying out a whole bunch of new stuff.
Immediate comparisons can be made with bands like Interpol and Queens Of The Stone Age because of their heavier nature, but that isn’t about to limit the band. They are set to release a song on the upcoming Duran Duran cover album, Making Patterns Rhyme. The tribute, due out in May, also features the likes of Warpaint, Moby and Little Dragon. On top of this, the four piece has promised an EP follow up to last year’s ‘Metropolis’ single release. It is due out in May as well, so expect some busy rockers.
Tune in to Up For It every Tuesday morning to find out our newest unsigned artist of the week!
