Independent Artist Of The Week: Crocodylus

Crocodylus make everything from fast, furious garage punk to crooning guitar ballads and pop punk pieces. Hailing from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, high school friends Stephen Sacco, Josh Williams and Mikel Salvador have since earned a reputation for their wildly uninhibited live performances.

The band released their debut EP – Bummed Out! – in August, via indie label Chiefly Sounds. It features a studio recording of ‘Your Smile’: a track that appeared in demo form on Crocodylus’ Soundcloud in 2015 and was immediately praised as ‘dope’ by Spanish indie rockers Hinds and local psych band The Ruminaters. Check it out for yourself:
