GoodGod Birthday Nights :: Video

September 17th 2012

GoodGod is turning two, and has regressed 29 years to mark the occasion – srsly tho, check out Pt. 1 of The GoodGod Sydney Dance Show for a little appetiser.

So you should git yoself a ticket to GoodGod’s Birthday Nights, because the good gods themselves have been plucking some favourite live bands and DJs from the past year to celebrate, and if you rock up but can’t get in with your good looks it’ll be this awkward.

There’s two nights. Saturday 29th gives you My Disco, The Laurels, No Zu, Songs, The Fighting League, Bloods, Tyson Koh, DCM, Pop Singles, Client Liaison, and an organ dance project by Daniel Darling. Expect also the canonical sounds of Indigenous reggae-punk band No Fixed Address.

Then on Sunday 30th they’ve got the GOODGOD House Band led by Midnight Juggernaut’s Daniel Stricker, plus Michael Ozone, Slow Blow, Same Old Scene, Toni Toni Lee, Pelvis, Levins, Joey the Saint, Jimmy Sing, Jingle Jangle, Perfect Snatch, Shantan Wantan Ichiban, Bad Jackson and Bad Ezzy.

The Dip will be doling out the birthday cake, pluto pups and deep fried cola so you can hit the danceteria with cake belly and maximum pelvis thrustage to ring in a third amazing year of GoodGod Smallclub.
