Wanna feel old? Well, get a load of this: Edward Scissorhands came out thirty (30!) whole years ago!

In celebration of this wild milestone anniversary, Dendy Newtown has some special screenings of the Tim Burton classic, from October 29.

If you’re not familiar with the story, Edward (played by one yung Johnny Depp) is a synthetic man with scissors for hands. He’s taken in by Peg, a kindly Avon lady, after the passing of his inventor. Things take a turn for the worse when he is blamed for a crime he did not commit. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll feel the warm and fuzzies. If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s timeless – if you’ve seen it a million times, it’s probably about time for a rewatch. Grab your tix here.
