Melbourne four piece Gold Class’s second LP Drum sees the band kick up the intensity with piercing instrumentation and spirited, poignant lyricism.

Produced by Gareth Liddiard of The Drones, Drum is a brash and bold post punk offering. Heady and chaotic at times, cold and calculated at others, the album is continually grounded by a personal and political gaze. With their vulnerability on full display, Gold Class scream defilement by the status quo, but also their defiance to it.
