We’re excited to be partnering with Broadsheet to present a pop up restaurant on Danks St in Waterloo.

Opening October 6, Broadsheet Restaurant is a collaboration with Sydney’s best food and drink providers.

The menu will include dishes by The Unicorn Hotel, Shenkin, Dead Ringer, The Apollo, Fratelli Paradiso, 10 William St, Short Stop Donuts, Hubert, Reuben Hills and many more. The team from Bulletin Place is creating a one-off cocktail menu. Samantha Payne of Nomad Wines is doing a local wine list.

Broadsheet Restaurant opens Thursday through Sunday, from 8am to midnight. Each day starts with breakfast and kicks on to after-dinner drinks.

Arguably the best part – the music will be programmed by FBi Radio.
