After successful shows in Arles, France and Ballarat International Foto Biennale, the internationally acclaimed series Tokyo Is Yours will be shown in Sydney. Not simply an exhibition of photographic images, the installation also fleshes out narrative threads and layers running through the project in relation to the Great East Earthquake of 2011, Love, loss, desire and a tenuous relationship with nature. Inspired by Manga and film noir the work has been described as dangerous by Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama.
