Art Exhibition

Apothecary Now!

“Apothecary Now! is an exhibition featuring ceramic works by Sassy Park. Inspired by Renaissance apothecary jars, Sassy Park’s pots use similar maiolica glaze techniques and motifs, linking the current Covid-19 pandemic to history. The hand painted pots reflect our recent preoccupation with newly developed pharmaceutical vaccines, controversial cures and pandemic messaging.

Apothecary Now! is currently on display at Object Space.

Happening Monday 13 December 2021 – Tuesday 25 January 2022
