It’s been a little while since we heard from Mosé, who was our unsigned artist of the week in mid 2014. Now accompanied by his band, ‘the FMLY’, the Melbourne rapper has an EP ready to drop, Slow Drip. Today we give you the first single from it, ‘Roads’ (premiered on The Playlist with Stephen Goodhew).

ʻRoadsʼ builds through textured samples and a soulful hook, with vocals lent by Oceans Lisati (lead singer for fellow Melbournites Neon Queen).

Droopy, the band’s producer and guitarist, says of ‘Roads’: “The track is a really good representation of us as a band. Its origin is in a produced beat but is 100 times better when we play live.”

Listen to ‘Roads’ below and keep an ear out for the Slow Drip EP, set for release in June 2016.
