We are proud as punch to present the Northern Lights EP, featuring original tracks by The Walking Who and LUCIANBLOMKAMP – our winners of the Northern Lights competition in 2014.

The EP is the product of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the artists, who were selected from nearly 600 entries from around Australia. In partnership with Iceland Airwaves Festival, we chose 20-year-old solo artist LUCIANBLOMKAMP and NSW South Coast band The Walking Who to fly to Reykjavik and join the official festival lineup – alongside The Knife, Future Islands, How To Dress Well, The War On Drugs, Kelela, Adult Jazz and many more.

In Iceland, they were able to network with international industry professionals and spend time writing and recording at the picturesque Greenhouse Studios. All while immersing themselves in the breathtaking natural beauty of Reykjavik – documented in the sweet video diary made by The Walking Who, which you can check out below!
