Rising young Sydney singer-songwriter Sophie Payten, aka Gordi, joined Ryan Saar on The Bridge for a chat and a live song in the studio. She talked through her life so far – from growing up in regional NSW to boarding through high school in Sydney at the same school at Montaigne – and gave some insight into what releases we can expect in the coming months.

As well as playing her new single “Taken Blame” live in studio, she picked out a few tracks that for her carry a lot of clout.
