Returning with another dose of Australiana-infused dream pop, Shining Bird are celebrating the release of album number two ‘Black Opal’, the follow up to their widely-acclaimed debut ‘Leisure Coast’.

For the past year, the band have been making regular trips to the Blue Mountains to write and record new material, trekking to remote lookouts and watching classic Australian films to fuel their creative process.

With ‘Black Opal’ ready for release, the South Coast dreamers are hitting the road in celebration. Catch them live at Newtown Social Club on Wednesday November 16.
